Charmed By Pet Accessories.
With their sleek fur, gorgeous colored eyes and pretty faces most dogs and cats are attractive in their own natural state. But there are times when you want to dress them up a bit.
An obvious way to give your dog or cat a little definition is by fixing a charm to his collar; and with so many to choose from you will be spoilt for choice.
It's worth noting that charms work best on cats or more petite dogs.
As a rule choose decorated or wide collars for larger dogs, especially as their games tend to be rougher and a charm could easily get lost in the scuffle.
Aria make a good selection of charms, in different styles and colors and generally with a bit of sparkle about them.
Take the Aria Enamel Bone Charm, which comes in Blue, Pink or White - all studded with tiny rhinestones and fastened onto the collar with an easy lobster claw clasp. Each charm measures an inch.
For sophisticated dogs and cats with a touch of class, Aria's Royal range might be the ticket; with a wonderful Crown design studded with rhinestones.
It comes in two colors and has a proper lobster clip fastening. This sophisticated little number would look a treat against pets of any shade although grey, white and black fur would set off the pendant the best.
Aria have designed a half inch long pawprint charm, available in dark blue, white or pink rhinestones for added sparkle. They are more suitable for boy dogs, as are the Skull and CrossBones designs in silver and brass in two sizes.
For your little sweetheart, a sweet heart charm could be just the thing. the glittering, shimmering sweethearts twinkling with gorgeous rhinestones would look just the thing around the neck of a pretty little lapdog. Measuring one inch by one inch, it can be easily secured with a lobster claw clasp.
Pet Studio is another supplier with a line in collar charms for your pet, such as the Crystal Crown charm. With flower designs, open heart designs and funky star designs, you will ahve more than enough to choose from.
Charms are inexpensive and make a lovely fashion accessory for your pet, your friends will love them too!
Pet Studio also have a truly classy charm in their showcase, the Open Heart Silver Charm, which if you look carefully you would swear it's from Tiffany.
Charms are great fun just for everyday wear, but can be especially useful for fancy dress parties, gala parades and dog/cat shows. They add a little bit extra to the look, and provide some dazzle when it's needed.
And if you are a cat lover, don't get jealous, there is a complete range too for cats in the same designs!
